PCI Compliance helps to create a secure environment by improving the quality of the cardholder data in order to reduce the rate of credit card fraud cases. In addition, it ensures that the data for each payment is stored securely in a tamper-proof manner.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, please contact Help Your Kids: Maths via email (hykmaths@gmail,com) and I will sort out the issue. Please let me know what the problem is and I will always be happy to accept a return for whatever reason. If there is a problem with the product then I am happy to pay all returns costs. If you have changed your mind for another reason and the delivery date was less than 14 days ago then I am happy to give a full discount if you fund the return postage.
DELIVERY
I currently deliver to the UK, using Royal mail 2nd class and will dispatch within 48 hours (working days) of the order being paid for. Whilst I do not deliver to other countries, via the website, I am happy to arrange this if you email me (hykmaths@gmail.com) and you can also currently by a copy from Amazon where delivery to other countries is available.
